"Extremely beautiful location, the view of the lake from our room was dreamy. In the evening we had a great dinner on the restaurant terrace. So why not better review? Here are the reasons: - On Sunday you can only breakfast until 10 a.m. For people who want to sleep, it's early. - We were on Sunday at 9:15 at breakfast. At that time there were only 2 pieces of tess bread, three croissants (which took another couple) and a very dark full-grain bread with cores. We asked for more bread and received the answer, there was no more, we could have at most gluten-free bread (which probably would have come from the deep-cooler). We were perplexed - an hotel that has no bread for breakfast? Not going at all. The breakfast buffet was also moderate: beautiful fruits, but no flocks and cold, hard cooked eggs. - Our room was on the 2nd floor under the roof, but there is no lift. This is not mentioned either in the booking or on the website. - The room is OK and clean, but came into the years: furniture from the 1970s, old windows with jalousies that almost fall, jumped tiles in the bathroom, shower hang, etc."

"Great location 2 minutes walk from the old town area & 5 minutes walk (downhill) to the lake side. Hotel has a number of free parking spaces (but not reserved ) but paid parking just across the road Staff very friendly & and welcoming. Lady explained on map where to go for food & exploring old town & lake. Couldn't book evening meal as event happening. Room was comfortable - split double bed & lovely duvet/pillows. Room was very warm but had a fan ( this helped a little) Bathroom was large - had double sinks but shower over bath - no anti slip mat, so a little dodgy. Also,shower head height was for small people - had to bend my knees to wash hair & am only 5' 8in. Toiletries included. Breakfast was continental buffet style & very nice with good choice"
