The location is excellent, right by the JR station. The downstairs coffee shop serves a very affordable breakfast. There are also numerous dining and shopping choices in the vicinity. For those needing to reach Fuchu for an exam, it's quite convenient: take the JR for two stops to Koganei, then transfer to a bus from Platform 4. The entire journey takes approximately 35 minutes.

This is a really nice hotel. I've stayed here multiple times already. It's super conveniently located right next to the JR station. The breakfast at the downstairs cafe is fantastic. The station area itself feels like a peaceful oasis amidst Tokyo's hustle and bustle.

The room is compact, ideal for a solo traveler. Despite its size, you can fully open a large suitcase by placing the luggage rack at the foot of the bed. While the amenities are decent, the microwave is only located on the first floor, which can be inconvenient for guests on other floors. Complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea bags are available for self-service on the first floor. There's a food street nearby with plenty of dining options. The area is very quiet, with hardly any tourists around. It's conveniently located near Kichijoji, and Shinjuku is just a 30-minute subway ride away.

The location around the station is incredibly convenient, with everything you could need. It's also not far from Kichijoji, which was ideal for visiting an old friend.

I booked this for my husband, and he said it was excellent. The location is superb.

The hotel is located right next to the station, making it easy to find. It saved me the trouble of lugging my luggage all the way. It was past 10 PM when I arrived at the hotel by train from Narita Airport. The front desk staff were polite and professional, speaking excellent English. Check-in was arranged in just minutes. They were very professional. The room was on the third floor, and the amenities, including a drinks machine and a free ice machine, were very appealing. The room was immaculately clean. This was my first time traveling to Japan, and the first time I'd encountered such a spotlessly clean room. They even provided pajamas, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the room was small, a lot of thought went into the design, making perfect use of the space. For example, the wardrobe opens up to accommodate suitcases, the bed is lightweight and can be pushed together, creating a lot of space, and there's a coffee table and chair. The large windows allow for a great view while dining in the morning. Being right next to the station, shopping and dining are very convenient. The police station is right next to the hotel, so security is a given. There's also a small park nearby where you can sit and admire the moonlight after dinner. The room had everything you need, including two sets of four charging stations and a small refrigerator with plenty of freezer capacity. Teacups, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tea bags (various varieties), and bath salts were provided, all of which could be picked up in the lobby. The room was well-insulated, so even if the children were noisy in the room, they couldn't hear them in the hallway. The air conditioning was powerful enough, and the bed was a great sleeper. The TV even had a homepage with information about the packages and services in different languages. The WiFi was fast enough that the children didn't experience lags when playing online games. The only downside was the hotel's self-service laundry and dryer service, which wasted a lot of time.

I stayed here for two days because I came to apply for a driver's license. The price/performance ratio was very high. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel because there was a coffee shop downstairs. It was very convenient to travel and print on the JR website, various supermarkets and convenience stores.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a hotel other than for travel, but it was a satisfying overnight stay in every respect. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. The tissue paper in the room was a little hard to use, and the breakfast at the Excelsior Cafe was a little disappointing, but I guess that was unavoidable considering the price. However, overall, it was almost a perfect score. Thank you very much!

There weren't many hotels that could accommodate three people, but the price was good and the accessibility was really good. It was a bit disappointing that the window couldn't be opened, but I was very satisfied. I want to go again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, numerous shops, and great food and shopping! Perfect for a leisure trip, but be sure to reserve a parking space early! Parking is available and you'll have peace of mind!
