I've stayed at Kichijoji Tokyu Inn many times. The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location for shopping, with an abundance of dining options. The vibrant local atmosphere is perfect for experiencing daily life like a local.

The hotel staff are generally helpful. Hotel is accessible to train station, bus interchange, eateries, local market, and malls. There is also a lovely neighborhood park with a lake nestled in Kichijoji. Our family enjoyed exploring the small shophouses lined along small streets in the vicinity. Was surprised to stumble upon several thrift shops and 2nd hand electronic store. Overall room is generally clean but our bathroom had a strong stench of urine hence, giving 4* rating for cleanliness. Location is good is 5*. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because the pickup point for the express limousine bus to Haneda airport is just a stone throw from hotel.

Convenient and clean

Superb location surrounded by food and shopping spots as well as a gorgeous park. Rooms are bigger than the usual Japanese standards and breakfast was yum.

I've stayed here a few times and it's a reliable no frills business hotel. Average size room for Japan, staff efficient, very well located (worth noting that some rooms face the railway tracks, though sound insulation is pretty good).

Rare find in Tokyo - affordable but lovely business hotel that offers rooms with enough space! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very accessible area as well there’s all kinds of shops restaurants or supermarkets around. Free cake or cookie at check-in.

The room isn't big, but it's very clean. The biggest plus is the excellent location; it's right by the light rail station, making transportation super convenient. Shopping is also a breeze, and it's close to a park where you can take a stroll! The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, highly recommend it!

Clean and simple hotel located in the heart of Kichijoji. Friendly staff and comfy bed. It enforces green concept, very few amenities provided. Would stay again.

A very convenient hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Can be very busy but informal foyer with tea and coffee is a boon. Price high but inevitable given the location near rail station and wonderful park.

Very convenient, located next toa large train station with the airport shuttle just across the road. The facilities are sufficient, there are vending macines and coin laundry at each floor and a good comfortable space in the lobby to sit and have a coffee. Everything else I needed was nearby. Main attraction is the location, it is busy with plenty of restaurants open through the night and lots of shops.

Ichikoji is a self contained town and this hotel is located very near the train station and the airport bus to Haneda Airport.

I was surprised at the area that this hotel is located! A lot of restaurants around and very convenient. Rooms were of good size!

breakfast buffet very yummy, i see the chef come out a few times to check if all food doing ok. staff very professional and everything so respectful. this is my second time staying here and i very much enjoy my stay. thank you very much.
