Lovely hotel, great breakfast, very very comfortable bed, room and shower. I just feel the pool service and food could have been better, also no valet parking.

My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay ..

We asked for late check out but male receptionist refused two times. However while doing the check out the omani female receptionist extended our stay for two hours. Unfortunately I dont remember the names and i am really thankful for that lady and upset bcoz of that receptionist who refused the late check out bcoz of him i gave 3/5 service.

Great property, lived the Café food for lunch and the service, reception and concierge are very friendly too. Rooms are simple but big. Location is a bit far from main atractions but close to the airport.

Oman is a visa-free country. From the overall feeling of entry, it is still very modern and good. Although there is a so-called special channel for tipping when entering the country, 10 Omani currency, if you take a taxi, you can not go to the reservation counter at the exit of the arrival hall to call. After exiting the exit, the taxi entrance is still good.

Immediately after cleaning it disappears, but then appears again. My accommodation option is HB. For those who love to eat delicious food, this is the smartest choice. Dinners are very varied, there really is something for every taste: meat, fish, desserts, appetizers - the variety is simply mind-boggling! Themed dinners are also organized. Thus, one of the evenings was dedicated to Turkish cuisine. The pool is great. There are even 2 of them. One with access to the beach. The beach may not be the most impressive. Here, depending on what you compare with. The hotel area is small. There is an area around where many expats live.
