Country Inn Premier Pacific Mall Road Mussoorie

Not exactly in Mall Road. It’s just a name country inn but service is not good.hotel rooms are old washrooms are not clean. If we talk about other country inn branches they are good but this hotel is not. Disappointing experience.

Glasses were stinky  Far from Mall road Service :: it took 30 min and 3 calls for water and glasses  Its not 4 star .. maybe 2 star

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I had to change rooms multiple times before finally being given one that was barely acceptable. The hotel claimed to offer a dinner buffet, but instead served a very limited fixed menu, which was misleading. Breakfast options were extremely poor and completely tasteless. On top of that, the floors were dirty and poorly maintained, reflecting a serious lack of hygiene and management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I visited with my friends. Awesome view and warm hospitality. Helpful people. Inside the mall road and hotel provide pickup and drop to mall road till 20:00 hrs. Mall road is walking distance and view is awesome.

Nice hotel on Carmel back road. Staff is courteous. Food is awesome. Room with balcony have great view. Enjoyed my stay.

The resort is located superbly and many rooms offer breathtaking views of the valley. Rooms are decent sized and well equipped ***** with hot and cold air conditioners providing utmost comfort even in cold winters of mussoorie. USP of resort is they provide fee pick & drop facility to mussoorie Mall road till 8pm, absolutely great facility. But that's it from the good part sire. Resort Manager is extremely rude, hotel staff is often unresponsive to complaints or requests, rooms are not cleaned properly before check-in, street dogs can reach even at your room door step unannounced and staff would be least bothered if highlighted. The breakfast buffet is average, service at in house restaurant is also okayish. Why choose? Breathtaking view from room ***** with free frequent trips to mall road for stroll and lunch/dinner requirements Why avoid? Expecting a premium service of a 3 star property but honestly I don't think most property have such location advantage which they are cashing upon

The place is well Located . You the peace of Himalayas. The staff is very attentive . Love it!!!! Great experience.!!!!!
