Pine Retreat - A Premium Heritage Property

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience very comfortable. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the overall ambience was peaceful and relaxing. One of the best things about the location is that it is within walking distance of the Mall Road, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful—a perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity. Overall, a lovely stay and a place I would happily recommend.

Amazing Pepole amazing hospitality amazing property Specially Sneha and Shubham Thanku so much 😊

We as a family of 5 stayed in the hotel from 06.05.2026 to 08.05.2026. The 5 minutes of road leading to the hotel is very steep you need to be careful. The Mall Road is walkable distance from the hotel. The check in was very quick with a welcome drink. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the open views of the mountain are very beautiful. We had booked Garden View rooms. Since it started raining in the evening and the weather became cold they switched on our room heater. There is also playarea with swings and slides for the kids. There is so much greenery around the hotel with trees and plants. The hotel staff is polite, helpful and quick. Food was so delicious. I would like to thank the restaurant staff for their service. They even took care of my child's food needs. Thank you to the whole team of Pine Retreat for such a lovely stay.

It's so sad to see beautiful property go to waste, because of bad management, I was regular guest and I really loved it there now the services are horrible, dirty rooms, and awful food

The only thing good about this hotel is the green cover. Very rare to find this kind of place in the hills. Otherwise a really poor experience. Service quality is poor, food is ok and their staff is not very helpful. Hotel's cab partners are the absolute worst. Hotel staff connected us to a rogue taxi operator who was constantly on the phone with his girlfriend while driving and kept using cuss words. Will never return to this hotel!!

I stayed at The Pine Retreat with my family this week and it turned out to be a most wonderful find. Complete with warm and personalized hospitality by Mr Ashu Bhatt and team, quaint interiors, well insulated and spacious rooms and a convenient location near Mall Road, we highly recommend this property. The only hitch is that it is a steep climb to the market but they have a scooty service for those who find the hike tedious. All in all, we're sure to be back.
