Very Nice hotel. Located nearby Mall Road and they provide free shuttle service from hotel to Mall Road. Peaceful and view of Dehradun from Hotel Balcony is awesome. Hotel is neat and clean and service is also very good. Rooms are spacious . Food provided by the hotel is tasty and price is also reasonable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very bad experience. There is ongoing construction happening inside the property, and the noise level is unbearable. We woke up to loud drilling right above our room at around 9 AM, and it felt like someone was drilling directly over our heads. The noise continued for a long time and completely ruined our morning. Instead of having a relaxing stay, we ended up with headaches and frustration. Our entire day was affected because we couldn’t rest or sleep properly. I wish the hotel had informed us in advance about the construction. For the price we paid, this experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I have even attached a video so others can understand how loud it was. I would not recommend booking this hotel until the construction work is fully completed. There are much better options available where you can actually relax and enjoy your stay.

One of the best located hotel in Mussoorie, I highly Recommend this hotel, food is also nice but the location of first floor rooms are very nice , always choose 209 or 210 room number which comes in club room category

A first time in Mussoorie and our stay at this white castle was splendid. Each room of the place offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the hills and pine trees, would prefer the 1st & 2nd floors. Rooms are crystal white clean with well maintained interiors, cloud-like bed was so comfortable. Entire property is posh and luxurious. Another best highlight is the proximity to Mall Road, so accessibility and location is fantastic. Their in-house restaurant is very quick in service and delicious food at every course, we had their toast and omlette for breakfast and some amazing curries for dinner. We woke up to dreamy morning views of the pine trees and mountains, overlooking the Doon city. It felt like a character in a Ruskin Bond book. In the night, one can see the shining city of Dehradun. Sipping on masala chai with such a breath-taking view, while enjoying our bread toast by their in-house restaurant was so good. Shopping at the iconic Mall Road is a must visit and this Resort offered complimentary drop & pick-up sorting our market shopping sprees. While on the hills, we got perfect connectivity, thanks to the Wi-Fi provided by the place.

The hotel has always been good but this time around there were some cleaning related issues- walls had damp patches and bed sheets were not clean either.

The property location is good, reasonable food, and serving staff are very good, the 1st day was good. But 2nd day this happened, if you are a family who are non-smoker and need some quiet time this is not the place because this property doesn't have any rule related to in-room smoking which can get in your room through bathroom ducts even when the exhaust is ON, also there could be people like teenagers who can be loud throughout the night in next room or common lawn with hotel manager telling you, sir this should not be a problem. For turning-off of the music, I have to call 3 times and finally tell the manager that I will call the police.
