We went as a group of 8, we had been given a lovely section in the window which felt very private. The lunch menu was fantastic value for money, the food was delicious and service quick. It's going to have to be my new go to place. Totally recommend just for a drink in the lovely outdoor area or bar too.

My partner and I have been here many times. The food is always outstanding, as is the service. Staff can not do enough for you. Would highly recommend The sutherland. Beyond me how this establishment could be given any less than 5 stars. And as for the Sunday sharer.... unbelievable.

Decor great however it was a bit tight sat at round table which can seat four & there were only 3 of us, plates, bottle of wine, glasses etc. My friends enjoyed their meals I had Thai chicken skewer which was not brilliant. I will go again as within walking distance and try a different meal. Staff and service was fine.

Was treated to a meal here for mothersday. Very polite pleasant staff. All well turned out. Service was quick. Food that 3 of us ordered was very nice small portion size though had to order a portion of veg to go with my main meal as wasn't included. Which felt was already a pricey dish. My one son chose sunday roast which was very disappointing he had 3 pieces of the smallest amount of beef not good quality. Which didn't look like had been carved from a joint. And for £17.95. Wouldn't recommend the Sunday roast to anyone. Shame really. My over all opinion was very nice experience and tasty food. Value for money No.

Another great visit with great tasting food and fantastic service by Corben. Lovely environment and surroundings, would benefit from additional vegetarian main meals as only two on offer, due to lack of Vegetarian option, this will limit future visits.

Visited for food on 29th March with my family for a Mother’s Day celebration, the food here is delicious, I’ve never had a bad meal! The service is 10/10 we was dealing with Corben, Alex and Rattanna they were all very pleasant to deal with and always had a smile on their face. Cannot wait to visit again.

I sent this in a private message…no response, so thought I would share…. I would like to offer some feedback on my visit yesterday 28th of February at 6:15 pm - we were seated swiftly - not asked if we had any allergies though and my Friend has… Drinks order taken…. Then asked again by another member of staff would we like to order drinks not an issue, but when you delivered our wine - you nicely placed it next to us in the ice bucket….it would have been nice if at least the screw cap was removed once positioned as I presume you do not pour the wine…. 6:30 pm we ordered our food mains only…. 6:40 pm our food was served….. 6:55 pm plates cleared …. Than asked approximately four times, did we need anything else? So in the end we asked for the bill as felt we had no choice even though still had half a bottle of wine… Disappointing as my friend was over from Australia and I wanted to show her that we had a lovely place to finally to eat in the area!

Came for my birthday and had a celebration mocktail the fillet and crispy beef salad both were fab and to top off some delicious desserts, service was lovely Alex and rattana are both very polite, the atmosphere was so lovely and the outside looks beautiful definitely will be coming back again .

Visited the Sutherland today with the family …absolutely brilliant customer service, so welcoming and accommodating! Thank you all for the great service! Food was 👌🏻so tasty and dessert was amazing ! Definantly will Come here again!!
