I stay here alot for the chilled environment when working away in the area, staff are always super friendly, kind and helpful. Foods always great, just a nice place to stay at.. With premier inn you no what your getting and the added bonus is some lovely views.

having stayed at the PI at Harmer Hill on numerous occasions consider this will be our last stay at this PI hotel, the bed felt uncomfortable / hard as were the pillows; the soft ones were lumpy the firm were hard unable to open window and aircon was inconsistant making to an uncomfortable night's sleep there was black mould in the bathroom around the shower fittings over the bath

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and always experienced excellent customer service. I would like to give a special thank you to a young lady called Bella who made check in very easy and quick and even managed to change my room to suit my needs. Hotel is in a quiet location and great for a good nights sleep. Food was reasonably priced and nothing was too much trouble.

A very pleasant stay and rooms absolutely fantastic. Beth the lady on reception could not do enough and went above and beyond very helpful and nice lady. Rooms were really quiet and warm and the food there was fantastic I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

We enjoyed a very pleasant one night stay at Harmer Hill. The room had picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The double room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. The reception team were very welcoming and helpful. The Bar staff and the Restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. We took advantage of the "Meal Deal", which is a "no brainer", great value, lovely meal. A very enjoyable break. All the staff are a credit to Premier Inn. We will be recommending it our friends and family. Great location. We'll be back. Mick and Margaret Green.

I found that Cathy and Tracy were particularly helpful and made a difference to our stay. Room was clean warm and tidy. Shower was really good and bathroom very clean. Attached restaurant and bar was excellent as were the staff, service and food. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Shrewsbury North. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. A special mention to Kathy at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, a really nice experience! Thanks Aiden
