room was nice overall, only a few issues, shower was small and leaked water on the floor, also lots of maintenance being performed on buildings so was annoying hearing bleeping of machinery all day and even after dark, also no privacy blinds on the sliding glass doors just a sheer window covering

The property is beautiful with units overlooking a pond. They have a large indoor pool and an extensive outside pool playground. Many amenities right across from Broadway at the Beach.

The property was very nice. The villa was very dated with extremely firm beds and the flattest pillows I've ever had in a rental. All 4 pillows stacked wasn't even equivalent to 1 normal pillow. Because of this i woke up with the worst kink in my neck. Aside from that, i enjoyed the property. Next time i will bring my own pillows and a topper for the mattress.

Villa is great. Everything went great mostly. Only issue was dishwasher broke.And personally I think it is a crime to check in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am. 😬.

There were a lot of roaches from the time we walked through the door there was one on the floor & there were many after that in the kitchen throughout our 3 day stay. Otherwise the room was okay.

The front desk personals were not very friendly and were not willing to help much. They could not exchange pool towels, they did not provide ice, they did not have ice machines, no room service or restaurants in the property. The insulation of the property was not that good that you could hear the guests in the next room. The shower curtain was too short that shower water spread all over the floor.

This place is neatled right in the middle of everything you need. Top Golf and Broadway At The Beach are literally around the corner. Very clean room and facility. The staff was ultra friendly. Just perfect!!
