Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

I enjoy myself every time I Stay I love my room fireplace the kitchen is always clean and has everything I need and the view is so beautiful I love it I'm going to keep on going thanks to the staff I'm always comfortable when I come and always feel safe

Property was nice. Staff was lovely. Did not get the room i rented (junior sweet) i didn't think the replacement was comparable and got no deduction for the unapproved change.

Everything was great, except room service didn’t come in my suite to bring more towels while I was away.

The staff is wonderful and the view is absolutely gorgeous but I was very disappointed in our room. We stayed in a Club Suite that was clearly in need of some renovations. There were a couple loose floor boards and a few areas where the paint was peeling in the corners of the walls, overall that part wasn't a big deal. The problem came with the things that should have been fixed before renting the room out. The curtains were literally falling off the balcony doors. The fridge was leaking on to the kitchen floor (I don't think anyone had been staying in the room for awhile so the freezer was probably just defrosting but the water filter also needed to be changed and would alarm every time you used it.) The robes in the closet had stains on them and we had trouble with the closet door closing because the top hinges were coming apart. A door stopper actually fell off at one point, I managed to fix that. There was a bulb burnt out in the bathroom and the built-in wine rack had a thick layer of dust on it. The part that actually really upsets me was that the fireplace in the room didn't work. The engineer came up to light the pilot for us and didn't even get halfway in the room before stating that the fireplace in our room had been broken. To me, that was one of the biggest perks of paying extra for the suite... So much for my plans of ringing in the New Year with toasts by the fire. In conclusion, I don't think I'd recommend paying for any extra comforts if you're staying here.

This was a very nice and clean hotel that's located in a great location near popular eateries and shopping outlets.

The rooms were well furnished and in great condition, almost new. The only negative thing was the air freshener within the room, which was too strong. The other amenities were great with good location. Would stay here again.

Great location and accessible to everything. Staff are wonderful from valets to front desk to dining.

Laura at check was great. All staff we meet were super friendly. Loved the 2 bedrooms suite.

At the beginning, there were some problems such as, Room not being prepared by Room service before our arrival, the access card not being able to work, etc... But hotel staff did take care of that, and the staff managed to accomodate us to the new room which was prepared. Overall Stay was good!
