We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much here at the Sand castle but there again this was not our first stay at the Sand Castle. In fact my family has used the sand castle for many years as far back as when I was a little girl . But of corse it’s changed but for the better of course over the years but I do remember coming here as a little girl . Amd since I’ve been a teenager and then adult amd have my own children , I have since Introduced my children and husband to the sand castle for the past

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We rented a king bed with ocean view balcony. We were not disappointed with watching the ocean sunrise from our room. Room was spacious with full fridge, freezer, small stovetop and mini dishwasher. The hot breakfast buffet was a nice perk for one less meal to eat out. We did not use the pool for our visit but looked great and would be fun for kids. Its so nice to be on the beach and boardwalk to go walking. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to otherw for the price. I got a great deal on hopper app 2 weeks before hand.

This location is directly on the Grand Strand and is walking distance from the central Myrtle beach downtown. A great place for family’s with kids, but make sure you get a room on the higher floors. My main complaint is we were in the 5th floor, which is the first floor of residential rooms. Floor 3 and 4 are sales demo rooms and meeting rooms to sell you into timeshares. The reason I say get up higher is, there is a night club that plays heavy bass every night until 2am, and you can feel it though the walls on my floor. I’m used to staying up late, but it is a bit annoying. The only other inconvenience is in my 10 day stay, they will only clean your room once, midweek. Even after I requested new linen and towels, they said maid service is gone, and is not possible. They did offer to drop off sheets and towels. I guess this is the difference between staying at a real Hilton vs a timeshare, and they do pressure you to taking a 2 hour “tour”. With all the services out there to help you get out of a time share, I’m surprised anyone would still buy into that. The pros out weight the cons, so overall it’s a great place to stay. The beach is amazing as most of Myrtle beach is. If you want peace and quiet, go to north Myrtle beach. If you want close access to the party scene and stores etc, this is the place .

The only issue I had really was that there was a dead waterbug on the floor as we walked in. Other than that, all was decent.
