We have only been here a few hours, but I am already AMAZED by the customer service that is being provided by the staff members at the MB Hilton Resort, specifically Kimberly, Jimmy, and Jeanine. Kimberly and Jeanine both were extremely helpful in answering questions about our concerns about our oldest child's severe food allergy and how to make reservations for dinner. They also made sure that we were fully aware of the perks that Diamond members are able to take advantage of. Jimmy was also super helpful in getting our luggage and beach gear to the room, in addition to providing some insight about the Hilton Resort property and also entertaining our two children who were VERY excited to get our room. Thanks to these three for an AMAZING start to our short vacation - we appreciate your time and help!!

We would definitely stay here again after spending a long weekend here this summer. The breakfast buffet is nice with rotating options daily, and while they have plenty of seating it can be hard finding a table. We enjoyed having the coffee shop serving actual Starbucks drinks!! And two different restaurants on site. The valet parking was ideal, they do have self parking which is cheaper -but we prefer valet for convenience. The guest and room service was timely and food was good! Our family loved the pool area as it had 3 different pool areas outside with life guards on duty which was nice if you have kids! There are towel dispensers at the pool area to take -so you don’t even need to bring towels!

On one hand, the location is great with ample parking and EV charging at the Enbeassy suites, where we check in. On the other, the condo tower is a walk around the pool and constrution site. Ice machines are located back at the Enbassy Tower. The Hilton website allows us to use the pool amenities. As far as free breakfast, we were not informed until our reservation was on the app that the condos were not included. This is considered a bait and switch form of false advertising which should be fixed on tbe website. We stayed in 507G, which has an individual owner. This was not up to Hilton standards. The room itself is dated. One lampshade should be replaced. It has a refrige and micro. The K cup machine was not working and water was still in the chamber. I brought my own K cups in reserve. What puzzles me is why in the world were coffee packs in the form for drip makers? Fortunantly a walk back to the Enbassy Tower had a breakfast counter

Let me start by saying I travel a lot and we are frequent visitors and loyal to the Marriott brand and this hotel proves why! Alvin and staff provided outstanding customer service to ensure we had the best room possible for our stay. These associates treat you like family and always make our stay memorable by the service they provided. Upon arrival we were greeted with outstanding customer service from the time we arrived until check out. The staff are amazing employees who make you feel like you are the only customer in the hotel thanking us for being Elite customers and going out of their way to ensure our stay was outstanding.. The room is the most comfortable relaxing place we have ever stayed. The room is extremely spacious, comfortable, clean and the balcony furniture was nice to relax with a glass of wine and read. Our housekeepers were outstanding at ensuring our room was always clean. Bed and pillows were divine and room so comfortable we felt like we were at home. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. Fantastic property that is friendly, well maintained and relaxing. This hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping. Lots of easy free parking. One thing we truly appreciated is they understand people love and travel with their dogs and are a pet friendly hotel. Mr Marriott would be so proud of this wonderful hotel where you truly feel appreciated and valued. The manager is incredible and definitely sets the tone for 5 star customer service as every employee treated us so nice. When in the area this will always be my go to hotel and home away from home. Thank you to all the employees for making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will be back.

The front desk staff is incompetent. At check in, I informed the desk clerk that I would be paying with cash for my family's stay and I wanted two rooms for two nights. The desk clerk then took my card to put a ”deposit hold” (which turned out to be the full amount for the stay) and booked one room for one night. At this time I corrected him and said I need two rooms for two nights. I get all my card keys, settle in and the next day I get a call from the Marriott telling me I missed checkout for one of the rooms. It turns out, he had booked one room for two nights and the other room for one. Straightened that out, stayed for the second night, and upon checking out found out the second night was charged to my card and could not be reversed after I told them I'd be paying cash at checkout. Inconvenient but whatever. I pay the rest that is owed using cash and I am told the deposit they held on my card at check in would be returned to my account within 48hrs. The next day I receive 1/4th of the hold back on my card. Four days later and the rest is still not returned to my account. At this time I call the Marriott and they inform me that the desk clerk that told me my deposit would be returned within 48hrs was wrong and that it would actually be 5-7 business days. Dealing with this establishment has been a hassle since check in and what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into issue after issue. My family and I will not be returning to any Marriott.

Love the hotel!!!!! Left hotel 1 time to go to store if you didn’t want to leave you don’t have to they have everything as far as restaurants and bar. The bar when you first go in where you go to the 17 floor that’s a great spot for dancing and having a few drinks. Outside bar and band just a great place
