Holiday Inn Express & Suites Canyonville

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I have never left a negative response before. I am pretty understanding of little inconveniences or issues. It takes a lot for me to want to leave a review like this, but this place does not understand how to take care of the people they interact with. We had an issue with our reservation and the staff were not concerned. We attempted to contact the manager about our issue and received NO response....NONE. Over $400 for two nights... Not much "hospitality" here. Go to Seven Feathers instead. They are outstanding and rates were less expensive.

Do NOT depend on your reservations. Plus my 2 free nights that were done with confirmation was over 400 bucks. Told them not gonna happen. Had to go to medford. After calling 15 hotels finally found a vacancy. Thank for leaving us hanging creekside which is also 7 feathers.

Very clean spacious rooms, the room passes my white glove inspection, everybody’s clean is different, but this was amazingly clean! Rhonda the breakfast employee is the most beautiful sweet person you will ever meet, she can juggle putting out deliciously scrumptious food, while multitasking between cleaning and instructing guests where certain items are located, I must add, I observed her having conversation with the guest's that was heartfelt and genuine, as well as with my mom and myself, Rhonda created this type of small Inn atmosphere, that you normally do not find in hotels. All of the housekeeping staff were friendly and at every request they were punctual with delivering items and met us with a smile, the front help desk was also informative and helpful as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s for this hotel!

This was our second time at Creekside, the first time was amazing! this time not so much. The bed needs to be replaced as the king bed dips deep on each side with a hump in the middle. Our shower did not drain, it perked up with all kinds of dirt and funk... when we checked out this morning, I informed the desk gal and showed her the pictures of what the tub did... there was NO I'm sorry... it was " Oh it happens all the time" would you like your receipt? . We paid $192.64 for a room that drains dirt, hair and others peoples funk in the shower tub. See photos.
