Check-in requires a certificate, but we didn’t have one. The front desk called the previous person to check into a hotel, which delayed a lot of time. I have been traveling in Russia for two months and this is the first time I encountered this situation.

Добрый день,
Такси по навигатору привозит гостей к черному-заднему входу, который огорожен заборами. Приходится возвращаться через лужи к Ярославскому шоссе и протискиваться на дорогу к гостинице в щель между шлагбаумом... Очень рекомендую поставить домофон с кнопкой вызова и открытия для всех гостей высаженных за гостиницей.
Окна в номерах требуют обслуживания, изношенная фарнитура.
Еда в ресторане на завтрак-вкусно, отлично! Порядок, чистота в номерах.
Персонал супер, вежлив, отзывчив!

Останавливаемся по пути не первый раз, все устраивает. Да, сам отель подуставший, но персонал старается, чтобы клиента все устроило. Хороший вариант для Москвы. Единственный минус - для тех, кто без машины далековато от метро, в этом смысле расположение не очень удобное.

Удобно добираться от метро ВДНХ на общественном транспорте. Милые администраторы и вообще персонал гостиницы очень приятный. Рядом парк Лосиный Остров для утренних пробежек.

Приезжали с друзьями на выставку Россия, выбрали этот отель за относительно удобное расположение от ВДНХ. В отеле очень клиентоориентированный персонал! Отель в достаточно тихом месте, спать ничего не мешало. Номер семейный просторный, в одной комнате кровать, диванчик, холодильник, тв. Во второй комнате двухъярусная кровать, размер кроватей позволял разместиться взрослым людям. Номер чистый, на окнах тюль и плотные шторы. Ванная комната тоже просторная, есть шампунь/кондиционер/гель для душа/мыло для каждого. Также тапочки в наличии, и бесплатная вода в бутылках на каждого проживающего. Полотенец большое количество, белье постельное белое, все чистое и приятное. В стоимость также входил завтрак «шведский стол», проходит на 2-м этаже с 7 до 10:30. На завтрак омлет, вареные яйца, запеканка, блинчики, сосиски, гречневая каша, овощи свежие, йогурт, мюсли, чай/кофе/сок, из фруктов были бананы и грейпфрут. С 12 до 16 проходит бизнес-ланч, всего за 350 руб. получили суп, салат и второе блюдо, компот - все очень вкусно! На 8-м этаже есть гладильная комната. Пребывание в отеле нам очень понравилось!
