The building looks nice. The person at the front desk was rude and hostile. Then I asked if there is a tea kettle available and he said ”you're invited to our restaurant”. I repeated my question and he said again ”you're invited to our restaurant”. After about one hour, I gathered the courage to go to the restaurant where a very nice Ukrainian worker gave me two large cups of hot water. This didn't go unnoticed - the receptionist followed behind me to my room and kept lurking. It was kind of creepy. This person should not be employed in the hotel industry. The room was very average, relatively clean. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and water hot. The parking is free, which was the main cause of staying here. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the morning was very welcoming and friendly. I asked for an additional towel and received it immediately. In the room, there is only one towel per guest.

The hotel is close to the airport and the price is very reasonable. The only problem is that there is no direct bus or shuttle bus to the airport which means it will take you about 20 min to get to the airport. Others are very satisfactory.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. Bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. Hotel seems relatively new, and room has some indicators of an attempted make over (e.g. closets looked just installed). However the rest feels dated and not well maintained. Photos on their web site / booking platforms much better than reality. Close to Fabryka Norblina - the only reason for booking - but surely never again. On top of that - the filthiest bathroom I've seen for ages (see photo) :((, with a tribute to ”ifixit”mems... Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

The location is next to the Mokotow shopping mall. The apartment is built in a newly built community. The receptionist is very pretty. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and there are relatively few free parking lots nearby.

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.
