Hexagon International Hotel

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.

The Front line staff especially local was not friendly. Even a basic towel I asked she said no upfront

Super slow check in and check out process. Regardless of what time you come to checkin. This is not even at peak 2pm time. Everything is pretty much what you pay for. People does smoke in the room so that tench smell is there. It says no smoking in the room signage but not sure how they monitor that. Early morning get ready to break your sleep at 6am every day cause the bats on the trees outside will be louder than everything you can think of.

Worst hotel in the world,, booked from 19/5/26---25/5/26.paid upfront all money when I did booking, checked in around 9.30 pm on 19/5/29, bathroom over flooded, needed to change the room, or upgrade the room, but till 0100 am, nothing happened, Tuesday 10 pm till morning reception ( Fijian lady) very racist.so I check out at 6 am on 20/5/26. Thanks

I hope people not choose this hotel. They have no internet, no food, no water in the room, no shampoo or soap, and many others I don't want to mention.

The room wasn’t clean, other people’s belongings were found under the bed,TV remote control was without a battery, door was hard to open. We have to call reception for TV remote controls and air conditioning remote control. The customer service wasn’t good at all.

the hotel is good but the service of one fijian(itaukei) girl is not very nice, i was asking her a question for the fees but she make a very angry face as i am not to disturb he, customer service is more important and she needs to show a happy face to all who comes there to stay. the others are very nice

It’s **** nothing is clean getting bad day by day. Accidentally l booked this place coz my last stay was the last time l wanted to be there. Very unprofessional.
