FEST HOTEL - Vælg ikke dette hotel hvis du ønsker ro og nattesøvn!!!
Vi blev placeret på et pænt værelse med Kingsize-seng. Det var umuligt at sove, da vi var placeret lige oven på et festlokale med høj live musik. Vi fik kl. 22.30 oplyst at den musikken ville stoppe ved 01 tiden. Pigen i receptionen synes også at lyden var meget høj denne aften og var ganske forstående. Samme pige var ligeledes sød at flytte os til en mindre værelse på 3 sal med mindre seng. Vi havde stadig larm, men heldigvis mindre.
Næste morgen gik jeg til reception omkring kompensation for larm og nedgradering af værelse. Blev her mødt af nymødt pige i reception som sagde at "nogle” skulle jo have værelserne over festlokalet og lod mig forstå at Hotellet oplyser "mange steder" at der er tale om et festhotel. Ex. i bunden på et lille skilt ved disken som nok ingen læser? Efterfølgende afviser Hotel Kirstine vores ønske om kompensation, med begrundelsen at det "står alle steder" at de er et festhotel.
Som gæst har vi desværre ikke været opmærksomme på alt med småt og blev heller ikke mundtligt informeret ved ankomst.

Very nice hotel - but prolomg breakfast till 10:00
Nice cozy hotel in town centre - short walking distance to main square, shopping street and two Gothic churches (seemingly always closed)…. Excellent rich breakfast, but ONLY till 9:30 sharp. What a pity.
Sewage smell in our bathroom (114) should be fixed.
Comfy bed! 👌 Nice small wellness (extra payment). Easy parking.
