"Location is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one."

"The best thing about them is they are really at the center of the city with the convenience of having drugstores, convenience stores, grocery store, and restaurants. The staff are easy to talk to, including for early checkin (with very minimal fee) and changing rooms. The hotel itself is old already, the ac is strong but quite noisy. The bed and pillows are acceptably ok. I would say I appreciated they have 4 pillows, as well as the bes sheets being ok. They have hot water, but the toiletries are not the best. Just buy from the grocery downstairs. They don’t have any elevators, but they will assist you in bringing up your luggage, unless you arrive in the wee hours in the morning. Not bad for the price, but don’t expect too much too. Also don’t get the rooms near the road, unless you don’t want to sleep. Their wifi is kinda ok, but data is way better."
