It was a very clean hotel. All the necessary amenities were provided. The front desk staff were also very helpful and patiently answered my questions, including information about nearby convenience stores. The soba noodles for breakfast were delicious.

Excellent service and a great night view. Plus, there's a shuttle service to the train station.

The room was very clean! I especially appreciated the large mirror. The shuttle bus to the station was also very convenient. I'd love to stay here again when I come to Nagano next time.

The hotel building has a grand feel, and the room was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was well-balanced and delicious. I also think the staff's service was excellent. I was very satisfied with my two-night stay, as I was able to walk to Zenko-ji Temple for the morning service on both days. There's a Lawson convenience store just a few minutes' walk away, so I could even buy a late-night snack.

We stayed in room 304 on 3/12. The place is super clean, but the best part about our stay was our hostess. She was the absolute best person we met on our entire trip to Japan.

The hotel is pretty decent. I had a very nice stay. It's clean and the rooms are outrageously spacious vis-a-vis Japan standard. While it is not easily accessible by foot to Nagano stationl, the hotel provide shuttle service to and from Nagano station at varying times of the day. Lastly, the staff were very accommodating too. Thank you.

Really nice! Enjoyed the convenience and big room, loved the windows placement at the corner of the room too. Natural sunlight in morning and city views at night.

Best location perfect

The hotel service was great, but the facilities are a bit old. The room was small, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Compared to the facilities and comfort, the price was a bit high.

Everything was so clean!! Even the shower head was a Refa, which was a nice touch!! I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Nagano!

Shuttle bus service from Nagano Station is a bonus! Close enough to attractions by car, parking is abundant paid 1000yen for 2 days parking. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Only down side is that the hotel is slightly old.
