It is over-priced for the quality. My friend and I stayed in different hotels since we struggled to find a room in the same hotel. Even if the prices were the same as those of my friend’s hotel, my hotel was terrible compared to hers. It was dirty, and they gave only croissants or small breads. I do not recommend it.

This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room is a standard Japanese room with a desk, fridge, TV, bathroom etc, but everything is crammed. Make your luggage and spatial use is efficient to avoid tripping. There’s not much of a lobby area. Anyway, it’s a good value.

The bathroom leaks badly and smells moldy. The front desk staff are not smiling and it doesn't feel like a service industry.

The person at the front desk was kind, but it was so old that it didn't feel clean. The breakfast bread eaten in the small space next to the entrance was also sad. It's near the station and the location is good.

I gave myself an honest evaluation. I have stayed at various business hotels, but I was prepared to pay a high price because it was a three-day holiday during the high season, but in addition to being old, there was mold in the bath, dust in the air purifier, and smells in the towels. I gave it a low rating considering the poor breakfast. The only good thing was the location from Nagano station.

The room is ok, the service is ok, and the hygiene is ok. There are two small problems. First, the breakfast is too simple, not even eggs, milk, pickles, etc. Second, many switches in the room are broken and should be repaired.

Although it was a non-smoking room, the room still smelled of cigarettes, and the equipment in the room was noticeably old. I think it could be taken care of a little more.

It was absolutely wrong to choose this hotel. Its only attraction is that the price is slightly flat. It is at least ten minutes walk from the station. There are no attractive shops along the way. There are very few rooms, and it is inevitable that the furnishings are very old, but there is a lot of dust on the countertops and bedside boards. There are two hair dryers in such a small room, of course one of them is broken, but it can be taken away as much as possible. Only three kinds of bread and soup are provided for breakfast. But the soup had been drained by the time we went down at 8:30. We stayed for two days, and there were no towels when we returned to the hotel on the second night, so we had to go to the reception to get them. They also responded blankly. I would never recommend this hotel.

I used it for the first time. The room was clean and I was able to relax. The receptionist was also kind and polite. I would like to use it again.
