"It's an old building with extensions that make it feel like a maze. I couldn't sleep because of the footsteps, toilet noises, and door slamming sounds from the room above. The food wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and the maid (who seemed to be middle-aged) was rude to the guests. It's very disappointing that they didn't seem to care about making guests happy, especially since we paid to have fun, and I felt like I wasted my money."

I think it's a hassle for people living on the top floor or higher. The parking lot is also a gravel road, and if there is a lot of snow, I think it would take a considerable amount of time to leave. It was my first time there, but I don't think I'll go again."

"The hot springs and the food are particularly noteworthy. There are three hot springs, which can be enjoyed on a rotation basis. The thick water leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. Each bath area has its own open-air bath, and the natural breeze is pleasant in the summer. Dinner comes with koshihikari rice, which is cooked after the meal begins. This may be the most delicious treat. The food served was elaborate, seasonal, and beautifully presented. For breakfast, in addition to a bento box containing miso soup and side dishes, there is also a selectable buffet. Nagaoka's local cuisine is also served, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely like to return."
