17min walk from Hakata JR train station. Facing the very tranquil Naka river. Entry to building and room is by following email instructions and QR code and is easy. Room clean, everything in its place. Beds & pillows comfortable and clean. Everything works- including ironing board with iron, hairdryer, all kitchen amenities and tv (local channels). We awoke to blue skies and the peacefulness overlooking river is beautiful to experience. Absolute silence as there are no roads nor crowds. A very pleasant stay. PS: only one issue - during the night, there was a periodic doorbell ‘ding-dong’ which unfortunately woke me up 3 times. It wasn’t our room, I even went out door but could not identify origin. I am a light sleeper, but the rest of the family slept thru it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and always helpful, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a rich choice of food to suit different tastes. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop and Family Mart just outside the hotel, which made getting around and picking up daily necessities very easy. I especially appreciated the onsen facilities, which were clean, relaxing, and a highlight of my stay.

Great location, friendly counter service as they tried their best to assist in booking our ferry to kumamoto. Public bath house is awesome!

Not bad - room was big, view was good and staff were nice. Some things I liked - there’s a Family Mart in the hotel, the tram & bus stop were just in front & parking was JPY1,500 for the 1st day and JPY1,000 for subsequent day with multiple in & out & extended parking to 2pm on check out day. There’s also a free shuttle that can be booked to bring you to Mt Inasa Ropeway. Just a shame that there weren’t eating places or anything interesting to see around the hotel.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Buses and trams just outside the door. Halfway between peace park and train station. Took us 15 minutes walk. Spotlessly clean. Big rooms, great views. Lovely staff at reception. Very helpful and kind. Brilliant breakfast. Lots of choices. Coffee shop inside the foyer and onsen in the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Great stay. Good location and the room is spacious. There is parking slot available with limited slot based on first come first serve. The fee I paid for 1 night parking is 1,900 yen for 1 car with 4 person.

Wonderful experience, service attitude excellent

2 room booking had change 1 night stay via online 1 month ago, but hotel just admen 1 room has change and other room still remind 2 nights stay. Some more me still need to give the penality 400 yen for early check out 1 night....

Large hotel room! Staff were nice and friendly. This hotel provides a discount ticket to mount inasa for the awesome view! Hotel location was around a 10mins walk from nagasaki station, but was not an issue for us.

Walkable distance from Nagasaki station , save a lot of traveling time👍👍 The room is very sizable and clean. The pillow is very comfortable. The reception is helpful and good in English communication. Very impressed of staying I. This hotel for vacation .

That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Quiet location, good big bath

Hotel is clean and modern. Some receptionists are able to communicate in English or use Google Translate for you. There will be 200¥ fee for each guest and 1,500¥ for parking all night, you can go out and come back to park as many times as you want. Facilities are also all good. Overall a very good hotel for the price that I got. (2300 baht per night)
