Inasayama Kanko Hotel Reviews

I booked this place only for one night but it was totally worth it, and I immediately regretted my past decision of booking this place only for 1 day…  It was perfect place for calm-wellness kind of fam-trip with its spas(located in each bldgs!), delicious dinner(pre-booking is a must, i presume?) and breakfast! Inasayama(MT.Inasa) hill’s location could be the only problem but if you do not insist in downtown tour, it won’t bother you!!!!  They have pre-booking(1day ago) guest only shuttle bus but operation time is very limited!

Love this hotel. Clean and friendly staff all around. The open bath was great too. Breakfast was decent but it was great with the good views. Thanks for the great stay!

Love the hotel. Clean and service was good. Got the room with view and it was the best choice. It was so spacious and clean too. We have a car so getting to and from the hotel was easy.

Very good location, extremely good service. Staff are very kind. Short distance ride to train station. The only improvement point that I could think off is to adjust the timing of send off slightly earlier to be in line with shinkansen timing :)

Hot Spring is so old.

The night view from the rooftop was so beautiful!!! We were there at the same time as some school trip students, but they were very accommodating and we had a great trip.

Even though it was a same-day reservation, the staff were very kind. The night view is amazing even though it's not far from Nagasaki Station. Thank you for arranging the shuttle bus for the next morning.

Pros: Room with night view of Nagasaki Port, good value for money. Great view hot spring, and rich buffet. Cons: The room smelled musty, the soundproofing was not good, and the fan in the toilet could not be turned off, making noise all night. The hotel is located on Mount Sasesa, and it is very convenient to drive there. If you don't drive, don't consider it, as there are few hotel shuttles.

The food was good and the location for dining was great.

There is nothing to say about the hotel, it is a resort hotel. Everything is good. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel from Nagasaki Station but there are few buses. You can also take a bus right in front of Nagasaki Station, so it’s not a hassle. The trains run about twice an hour, and the hotel has a great view. The hot spring is also very comfortable. Hang out during the day. It was great to come back after dark and enjoy the hotel. Speaking of two shortcomings, I can understand that the 215 non-view room arranged for me is a special price room, but outside the window of room 1 is a very large air-conditioning unit, which is very expensive, and the loudness of the sound is comparable to sleeping on an airplane. Severe imaging sleep. 2 kettles are broken. Can't open at all. There was still water left in it, and I didn't dare to drink it. It should have been left by the previous guest, which meant that the waiter didn't clean the kettle at all. 3 left a note to communicate with the hotel staff asking if there were earplugs and help open the kettle. None have been resolved. The above should not be mistakes made by established hotels known for their service. Nothing else

The first stop in Nagasaki was this hotel on the hillside of Mt. Inasa. There is a bus directly to the door of Nagasaki Station, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is very warm, there is a large bath, and the front desk is also quite grand. The room is opened with a key, which is a bit old-fashioned. Overall, it is clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The night view on the top floor is the most not to be missed. It is really beautiful. It is worth staying here for one night.

The hotel is on the mountain, and the night view is unbeatable. The room is Japanese style, and it is very good to take a hot spring bath. There is a hotel shuttle bus to Nagasaki Station

Good service, rich breakfast, clean room, nice view from the terrace. A bit far from the train station but there is free pick-up service, which needs to be booked.
