The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.

We booked for our honeymoon, and it was a lovely stay. Our room had an excellent view over the beach and pools. We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby.

The hotel was well maintained. They provided valet parking. Buffet breakfast was great.  However we as a family of four were only given two bottles of water and any extra water will be charged. We asked for extra blankets and they smelt so bad like old dusty wardrobe… very rough to touch and my daughter hated them.

Great beach side hotel, but far away from the city

The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. The service was excellent. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea. All the staff were so friendly and smiling. It felt like Disneyland by the sea. I didn't visit any of the Okinawa attractions; I just wanted to explore the resort. 🌊 You never get bored here. The hotel has several restaurants, a cafe and bar, and afternoon tea. The food is delicious, but reservations are required. Afternoon tea is a must! The view is stunning, and there's piano music. It's so fun to chat over tea. My sister and I were a bit lazy, so we ate one meal outside the hotel and bought some snacks at a convenience store. The hotel driver drove us a bit, then we walked for 15 minutes. The area around here is quite deserted, so I wouldn't recommend going out at night. There are also many other activities. I tried boat snorkeling and 🪂. By the way, you can order in-room massages. After a few days, they were so good that my scalp was numb. The downside, probably because it's located by the sea, is that the room is a bit damp, but it's still acceptable. The bathtub and toilet are a bit old, and the bathroom overall is a bit lacking. For a lazy person like me who just wants to relax and take a walk in a resort hotel on vacation, this is very satisfying. 😌

The room is very nice, the scenery is very beautiful, the swimming pool is also very clean, there are a few places to eat and it is a bit difficult to make a reservation, but the service is very good, I recommend everyone to stay here.

The staff were so friendly. It was a great experience. I want to come again. The facilities are a little old, but it's okay. The breakfast was delicious, although there weren't many options.

The foreign staff member spoke in a very low voice, and it seemed as though he was explaining things to someone who clearly had no control, which made for a completely pointless conversation. I wanted him to explain things properly in Japanese, so I ended up calling a Japanese staff member. I hope they can determine whether they can do this and take appropriate action. Also, the entire staff is on Okinawa time, acting like a soba delivery person. Some customers are not happy with this, so I would like them to respond more efficiently if possible.

It's beautiful and the scenery is amazing. I wasn't able to swim because it was the off-season, but I'm satisfied.

The service is excellent, the breakfast selection is generous, there's plenty to do, and while valet service is mandatory, it's comfortable and a typical full-service resort. The downside? Compared to other countries, this level of full-service resort is expensive and not quite as cost-effective. Even considering Japanese prices, this is especially true because the facilities are older.

The hotel facilities are very antique(?). There is also the fact that the bank key is the key.. The bread for breakfast is delicious. The private beach is really nice.

The staff were so friendly, making it a pleasant trip! The color of the sea in front of the resort was fantastic.

For a family trip, this was the accommodation I was most looking forward to. My first impression was that it was well-maintained (and worth the price), just as I'd hoped, and I was very satisfied with the welcome drink. However, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. The wait was incredibly long, and the tableware was still on the table, and they wouldn't replace it, so I had to ask them to. The table had marks from a previous meal, and they left it there, so I had to ask them to clean it. Also, the female staff member didn't serve hot coffee to our table. I knew the breakfast menu wasn't very diverse, but I was surprised to find nothing suitable for my child. We ended up having to eat plain rice and tofu. I paid twice as much as other hotels, and was very disappointed with the breakfast.
