De Best Hotel

1. Upon check in, I wanted to make a cup of tea, but the teaspoon provided was still dirty, with what appeared to be greasy residue from previous use. It gave the impression that it had not been cleaned properly 2. The parking system was also confusing. Overnight guests are charged IDR 20.000 for parking, but no parking ticket or receipt is provided. Providing proof of payment would make the process feel much more transparent and reassuring for guests

Location is ok. The hotel supposed to be smoking-free floor but there are still cigarette in the bin at the lift and also cigarette tray inside the room. Means is meant for smoking? Shower head is not flexible. Better to bring own towel too.

Hotel near with eateries & massage outlet.

Great value for money! The room was clean, basic, and perfect for a budget stay. The real highlight is the location – you’re just steps away from amazing local food. The A2 food court is an absolute gem; we ate there every day and never got bored. Highly recommend if you want to save on accommodation and spend on eating!"

Located in penuin, BCm area . Near an old mall. Plenty of massage shops , different prices.coffee shops with many varieties. A bigger food court nearby. Hotel is genuinely clean , small fast lift. No refrigerator for budget rooms..small window but no view. Aircon good. Room not big but comfortable. Decor not too old.grab takes about 15 min to batam ferry..
