I think this is one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in Batam. I think it’s super clean and neat. Could improve the breakfast options.

The three bedroom apartment have 2 bathroom. One is inside masterbed, the other is shared one. I hate the bathroom layout. The toilet were inside the glass door. The breakfast was good though, wide variety and yummy bread

We booked 2-bedroom apartment and it’s pretty good. The room is clean and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast buffet has a lot of food selections. The only comment I have is the common toilet ventilation is not working that’s why the smell stays after you have done your business 😆. And the pillows has a large yellow stain marks if you look inside the pillow case. Overall, I had a great experience during my stay.

Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The breakfast was indeed very good with a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Very satisfied!

The outdoor swimming pool under maintenance, only van use the small temporary pool, the body wash and shampoo is difficult to press out. Overall is quite good, can use Gym room and sauna, the breakfast buffet got lots of options.

Excellent service, all the staff were very polite. From the moment we walked in, everyone had a warm smile. When we called to request kitchen utensils, they were very patient and helpful. The breakfast was also very generous. Highly recommended!

Rooms were not ready by check in time. Gave us the key card but it was still cleaning. Reached at 2pm and had to wait until 3.30pm when the room is ready. Overall had pleasant sleep

Hotel is big with spacious room, however location not that good, must take grab towards eateries. Hotel provide free shuttle to 3 shopping mall everyday 11am and 5pm (drop off only), which consider a good point. Buffet breakfast is more towards local Indonesian food with average taste except nice coffee.
