So many baby cockroach. Very noisy at night. Cant sleep. Neighbor will play loud music and make noise after midnight till early morning. Hotel staff was great. Friendly and helpful.

Lots of cockroaches running around and was told is due to pest control services . If they knew about it they should not have rented the apartment out .

Overall staycation was good. Few comments for the management: 1. Basin sink bit smelly. Need to improve 2. Require deposit for staycation. Pls improve deposit option via card credits / bank in transfer as alternative for customer to pay. Because foreigners need cash for shopping in your country. If management only accept cash, you actually reduce Indonesia economy. Because each cash value for shopping instead keep for deposit. Othrs i guest okay & good to go.

matter of option in the stay location hotrl or residence if residence the lift there will be residents board alight lift outside on the right same building conv store outside opp conv store cafe at the formosa residence outside on the left is city walk mall after that bakery and a small food shop good service
