Ando Hotel Batam

Ando hotel is the best! Toilet bersih. Katil pun selesa utk 2dewasa 2anak. Saya ambik katil king. Paling best dekat dgn masjid, boleh dengar azan senang tahu timing masuk waktu solat. Servis pun laju. Call mintak iron laju je dia hantarkan. Takperlu turun ambik. Servis tiptop!

Good location, but disappointed with the toilet issue This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I still really like the place. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also has a café, and the menu is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful when we raised our concerns. However, there were two issues that made me disappointed during this stay. Firstly, the toilet door was a little loose. Every time we closed the door, it would open again by itself, so it could not stay properly closed. Secondly, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. We informed the staff, and they did help us to improve the situation, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell came back again the next day. Overall, I still think this is a good hotel with a great location and facilities. I hope the management can look into these toilet issues more thoroughly to improve the experience for future guests.

Excellent service, room was big and clean and air-conditioning was cold. Eatery nearby, convenient shop was just next to the hotel, shopping mall was just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel when I'm coming to Batam. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love the location the most. Fuss-free hotel tbh. Only issue i have with this hotel is that there is no power socket by the bed. So i have to charge it next to the tv. Also the toilet had a backflow issue which is gross - this is fixed by the hotel after i mentioned it to them. Not my first stay here. If you’re not fussy, want cheap and convenient, then this hotel is it. Please get the breakfast along with your rooms as it’s more worth it that way and the food is REALLY GOOD.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and affordable room.

The room is so huge! Clean, good smell and staff also very good. The breakfast only only ala carte.

The service and location is Good.  The only negative parts of the experience were the thin walls (poor soundproofing) and the pillows. The pillows were too high, causing some neck discomfort.

Staff are friendly and kind. The location is perfect, beside is Alfamart and you can go to Kedai Kopi Harum Manis on foot (5 mins distance)🤩. But, the water heater’s temperature is quite unstable when showering. There are some dust on the rack too. No fridge and hair dryer is the room. Encourage to bring own hair dryer as you might not get it although you requested (too many guests requested).
