Wirst experience. I was ask to transfer to another hotel. When I went there this is the room waited for me. No water heater and room is not clean.

Don’t ever try to book this hotel. I’ll warn you! Booked deluxe room but we’re given a single bed. Very dirty bed linens, hair scattered on bed, smells cigarettes everywhere, shitty front desk, and assistant smoking in the lobby while sitting pretty on the sofa bed. Stayed there for an hour and looked for another hotel. They don’t care even the manager in the whatsapp left me hanging and seen all of my chats. Anda tidak menjalankan bisnis seperti ini. Lebih baik tutup saja hotel sialan Anda. Anda memberikan tekanan emosional kepada pelanggan Anda.

The bedsheets were dirty—looking unwashed and dusty. The ventilation was poor, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel was noisy, with the sounds of intoxicated people in the early morning.

Sedago Inn Batam aka Collection O Never Never Stay at This Noisy Dishonest Hotel in Batam!!! Dishonest Staff overcharged me for a room for 7 days stay. He asked me to pay 1,100,000 Indonesian Rupiah but the actual amount by the Hotel is 800,000 Indonesian Rupiah. He recorded as 800,000 Indonesian Rupiah. He kept the remaining 300,000 Rupiah for himself. Not only he cheated me but he cheated the hotel owner too!
