Have been coming back to this hotel several times whenever we come to Batam. Very convenient and near to shopping mall. Food choices are okay too.

Booked a smoking room but was informed the room type has no smoking room. If the room type has no smoking room, the website should indicate no smoking room instead of indicating some rooms are non smoking room which misled me to book the room. Room has no fridge which makes the stay worse. Asked the reception and was told that all rooms in the hotel has no fridge. Will not go back to the hotel next time.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The location is excellent, with easy access to many places around the city. However, I booked a package that included an eSIM, and unfortunately this was the only letdown. I installed it but could not get any data to work. The receptionist and a friend both tried to help, but nothing seemed to fix it. As a result, I ended up without mobile data and could only use Facebook and WhatsApp when connected to WiFi. If not for the eSIM issue, this would have been a perfect stay. I would still recommend the hotel, but perhaps give the eSIM package a miss

Room is clean and tidy. Next to Nagoya Hill mall. Many massage and hair salons around the area.
