Room is generally clean and air conditioned is powerful. Deco is abit old and ventilation in toilet doesn't seem to work well. Paid for the Superior room and didn't realise there is no fridge in room.Sound proofing is not good as you can hear pulling of chairs etc as the room floor is not carpeted. Overall still a good place to stay as the location is quite central and price is affordable. Dont expect too much . Just a touch and go kind of hotel since you wont be staying in room most of the time.

Overall, it was quite an unpleasant experience. 1. Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, and the receptionist clearly confirmed that the room assigned to us was non-smoking. We even signed the T&C agreement. However, we later found out that the room was actually a smoking room. Ridiculous! We ended up staying one night in that room and, thankfully, after making a complaint, the hotel managed to arrange a non-smoking room for us the following day. 2. Avoid booking a connecting room unless you’re travelling with friends or family. The soundproofing between the connecting rooms is really poor. We could easily hear the guests next door talking and laughing loudly, even after midnight. We had already complained to the receptionist, and although they lowered their voices for a while, the noise started again afterwards and we could still hear them clearly. To be fair, there are some positives: 1. Good location 2. Wide variety of breakfast options 3. Comfortable bed and pillows

My stay over there is good. The location is in the centre of the popular places. In front the hotel is A2 food court, 10mins walk to grand Batam mall, in front the hotel there a lots of massage shops. And breakfast is quite good as well.

New carpet flooring, pillows and new shower head.. with rain shower... Love the water pressure Breakfast was good.. packed with guests but managed to get place for breakfast Network was not good.. even smart tV was down.. Receptionist need more training... Dunoo how to answer enquiry. Cannot check in early .. Ohhh yahhh the door got no security latch... Not a fan of

Location of this hotel are so convenient for food,shopping,massages&etc.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel!!! service is REALLY REALLY good. provide drinks and refreshments for guests during check in timing. breakfast is international selection and its really delicious. highly recommended! walkable distance to a lot of bars, cafes, and BCS mall too! REALLY nice matcha @ BCS basement :)

Only Soundproofing not so good, others then that feeling happy with it for they service, foods is nice, clean
