The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping malls and other amenities. However, the room is very small and cramped. The cleanliness was below expectations, and it was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Near to the market where you can find fresh seafood. Shopping centre is within walking distance.

Nice location, have so many massage shop & kopitiam. Opposite is A2 foodcourt . Walking distance 5min to Grand Batam mall. 👍🏻👍🏻

Good location with A2 foodcourt and many massage parlours nearby. Walking distance to popular cafes and to Grand Batam Mall and BCS mall. Budget hotel with basic hotel amenities. Toilet and shower are together and very small. Soundproof is bad, can hear when people are walking and talkingalong the corridors. Though is supposed to be non-smoking room, can still smell smoking smell.

I got room no 206. Room layout is weird. It made room becomes narrow. But i forgot to take picture. The location is best.

Location is fantastic. Noisy common walkways will affect your rest and sleep time. Price is reasonable.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When I asked them to book a Grab, they arranged it quickly and efficiently. Their excellent service made my experience even more pleasant.
