The location is nice and staff are accommodating. But theres a bad smell on the room coming from the toilet. I hope they can fix it.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family and child. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to rest and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the strong water pressure and consistently hot water in the bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Affordable hotel, just a 6-minute walk to Grand Batam Shopping Mall! The location is quiet and peaceful — no noise at all. The room is spacious enough, perfect for 2 people. They even provide 4 bottles of mineral water in the room, which I found really thoughtful. The only downside is there's no hair dryer. Overall, great value for the price!👍🏻
