The L Hotel Entertainment

The hotel was not clean at all, i’ve booked 3 rooms. arrived at 145pm check in was at 2pm. Receptionist said it will be ready in 15-20mins. only 1 room was ready at 230pm, the other 2 was ready by 3pm. all 3 rooms had foul smell. 1 room had 0 plugs, all of it was damaged. another room couldn’t switch off the lights at all and the last room looks was the most decent but was infested with roaches. the sheets, towels had stains on them. the shower didn’t have hot water for 2 of the rooms. i went down to complain to the staff but it went to no avail. most horrible place i’ve stayed at and i’ve been to batam quite a few times. -10/10 would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I booked for 3d2n but left to go to another hotel on the 2nd day. it was too horrendous, didn’t even bother asking for a refund.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You should just shut this place down and stop doing business. You only cause trouble for people. What a stupid company.

Conclusion; - A point of NO return for me, and my worst experience - It is just not worth the value for money, no matter how "cheap" the offer is - The establishment really needs full A&A, and it is strongly recommended if they still want to attract visitors. The owner should appreciate the staff, who are hardworking & helpful.

Very disappointing stay. I booked a 3-day stay but decided to move to another hotel on the second day due to the poor conditions. The room was extremely dirty and not properly maintained. The toilet was also dirty, and both the shower head and shower hose were damaged. The air conditioning kept shutting off every 20 minutes, which meant I had to keep waking up throughout the night to turn it back on. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. Overall, a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

Hope the hotel will close down soon nobody is working at all in the hotel!!!

Hotel in quiet place,no life, restaurant closed, no breakfast serve,lift press button drop off, no hot water, room renovation is ages, have to add up 600.000Rp to upgrade to a better room.not recommend friend to stay in this hotel

The hotel was very noisy nice before covid -19. But more requires serious revamping the water heater not working for the shower.Aircond not cold enough.Rooms are dusty and have roaches.

Looks good in the picture,had a horrible experience ,my booking said I could check in after 12pm went to check in at 12.15pm the girl at the counter said no,so I showed her my booking Wich said after 12pm she just brush me off and said ya,my room had a lot of cockroach and the Aircon was very warm I checked out the day itself and booked another hotel beware guy!
