The hygiene was appalling. The bed sheets and duvet covers had obvious yellowish stains, and when I pulled back the covers, I even found residual hairs. The pillows reeked of damp mildew. What was most disgusting were the towels – what should have been white bath and face towels were actually all grayish-black, with severely frayed edges, as if they had never been thoroughly cleaned or disinfected. I wouldn't dare use them on my face. Secondly, the noise interference was extreme. The hotel's soundproofing was virtually nonexistent; every footstep in the hallway and every conversation from the next room was clearly audible. On top of that, the air conditioning unit in the room continuously emitted a low-frequency hum, making it feel like I was sleeping on a construction site all night. It was impossible to get any sleep. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs!

The breakfast buffet had limited options, the room was small, and the cleanliness was just okay. There's a bar upstairs with a nice view, and the service attitude was very good, with quick responses to inquiries.

The service was great, but the downside is that it's located right next to a main road, so it was very noisy at night. We were a group of four, but they only provided three pairs of slippers.
