Convenient especially near bcs mall Breakfast have many variant to choose but average taste, still ok Its old hotel so cant ask much for cleanliness Lift took sometime to come

Overall I would say, for the price I pay, I can't complain much. Massage wise was quite good and it is 24hrs so can't complain.. up to standard, service is up to point as well. It is near two shopping malls, BCS was just right beside, while grand Batam is slightly further. Picture is an indoor playground at BCS, worth it..

Location is good with lots of food and shopping nearby.. Rooms are a bit old but still ok

water leaking very badly at master bedroom ceiling. Called reception to check for upper unit , but sent house keeper to room instead. Informed house keeper Ahemad to check with upper unit , nothing was done, whole night water leaking from ceiling non stop till daytime still leaking. Cockroaches seen on the dining table, toilet bowl , toilets floors, shelfs

Enjoyed our stay alot. My mil who has limited walking finds the place comfortable too. Breakfast also never failed us. As the menu change variety daily👍 the Arab coffee is delicious too.

BCC is reall well situated in batam , right next to 2 big malls. staff is also helpful and friendly.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is walking distance to mall and eatery. Breakfast is with lot of variety. Staff service is friendly and helpful.

All the staff’s very friendly and helpful when I need more water there would be fast to give for us. But the breakfast can be more improved when next coming.

Room is huge and location is on point. However it is very dated and furnishings is badly in need of refreshing. Given the plus points and the price, it is still a good stay for the price paid. It is next to A1 food court with lots of eateries so I suggest foregoing the substandard breakfast at the hotel and try out them. Tip: The in house spa is very good value and open til late. Worth a try

The hotel is centrally located between 2 malls of about 400m walking range. It's near to eateries , example A2 food court is just beside it. The service was excellent, kudos to one if the house keeping crew we met in the corridor. We requested , feedback on several issues with our room, firstly faulty kettle, rain shower head as well as unsecured lock at the door. All were promptly dealt with and rectified before we were back at night. The breakfast has a decent variety and menu changes on the 2 full days were had them. The only 2 small complaints is perhaps the absence of a mini bar fridge in such a huge room and also tv was a tad too small as it was very far away from the beds .

Great location, walk distance to A2 foodcourt, shopping mall and famous cafe! Room quite big and nice sea view(high floor can see but quite far though). Breakfast with lots of choice, very nice place to stay.

It's in the Nagoya city centre nearby Grand Batam Mall, Batam City Square Mall and the a2 food Court many kinds of cooked food and even seafood whatever you wants.
