Holiday Hotel Batam Reviews

I would like say 2 key disappointing points: 1) Facilities ( A/C - Very weak and hot. Hard to sleep with this kind of condition ) 2) Pest Issues (Infested with mini Cockroaches . Climb on Bed, Furniture and toilet ) Although the location is good. But the stay is unbearable.

Quite clean and comfortable and friendly staff at lobby. Only parking place a bit difficult.

Nice place to stay. Need some more amenities. Charging ports are very less. Sofas found torn .

The room smell horrible with cigarettes. The towel clean. Room quite spacious. It's okay with the price.

Good Hotel to stay for Business trips

Rooms are utterly filthy. First they tried to give us in a room with food leftovers (and snots 😳) all over the place. Oh, and the room didn’t even have a window (as welll as like of rooms on the whole floor). After complaints they moved us to a slightly better room… just someone’s hair all over bed sheets. Linen were quite worn out snd of that color you can hardy say are they actually clean. Staff is somewhat ignorant as well, apparently they don’t even have any cleaner on duty after 10pm. Booked this hotel for two nights, but eventually had to book another hotel after first night.

Nicely located within walking distance to Nagoya hill. Good place to stay if you are looking for quiet and local experience

Decent hotel at a good location in Nagoya Hills. The room is spacious, but we were give a smoking room which we did not like. The floor was a bit dirty as well, but overall cleanliness was fine. Beware of the traffic noise which can be quite loud as hotel is along the main road and where motorcycles park.
