Service: Impeccable. For breakfast, the Eggs Benedict and avocado toast from the à la carte menu were both delicious. The omelet was very tender. It's also conveniently located near Matsuzakaya, making it easy to enjoy hitsumabushi (eel three ways), tonkatsu, and wagyu beef.

The room was spacious and located in the heart of Nagoya. It featured a Japanese-style bathroom, and the hotel offered a hot spring, sauna, and swimming pool. Basic English service was available, and the fifth-floor bar was lovely, even having an outdoor section.

I really like TIAD's decor, which is why I chose it over a very well-located Marriott. It's right above a subway exit. To get to Nagoya JR Station, you need to transfer twice, so a taxi is more convenient, costing between 1900-2200 JPY. The hotel's amenities are outstanding, including a Bioprogramming hairdryer (though only 4D). They provide London EH toiletries, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. There's even underfloor heating in front of the sink. Overall, the experience was great, but the turndown service could be a bit more attentive.

Service: Upon entering the hotel, the staff immediately offered to take our luggage up to the fifth floor for check-in. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. Environment: The room was very clean and spacious. Facilities: The room was equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and used capsules were replenished daily. The water in the minibar was complimentary, while other drinks and alcoholic beverages were chargeable. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Exit 1 of Yabacho subway station.

The hotel isn't far from the subway, but there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs, which could be an issue if your bags are heavy. It's located on the bustling Sakae shopping street, directly across from Matsuzakaya Mitsukoshi, and just a 10-minute walk from Osu Shopping Street. The hotel is relatively new, with spacious rooms and complete facilities, though they don't offer a common area for guests to relax and have coffee. The restaurant is good, with delicious seafood and meat.
