We stayed at this hotel on our day 1 to 4 in Nagoya then day 7 back to this hotel again. I’ll be back to Nagoya again, love everything here.

Big thumbs up! The toiletries are comprehensive, with several types of toothbrushes, and what's really impressive is that you can choose from multiple pillow options. This room faces the elevator, but it's surprisingly quiet at night! The location is fantastic – right across the street from the Shinkansen station. There are plenty of dining options nearby in the evening, and Big Camera is right next door, which is super convenient. It's perfect for travelers using the Shinkansen. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit further from lines like the Meitetsu, about a 7-8 minute walk, but overall, it's still highly recommended.

Great location, just cross the road to Nagoya station. The toilet paper holder is very dusty, room is small but no complain for the price I was paying plus the perfect location. Front desk staffs are very polite and helpful. I left my luggage there after checked out and when I returned to get it after 4 hours I told them I left my hand cream( used for a few times only) on the desk in the room. They tried to help me to check although they couldn’t find it, but at least they tried to help. Love the free coffee from the hotel, never liked UCC but this one is really good! And there’s a selection of amenities you can choose at the lobby and pillows too, very thoughtful. I joined the local tour to Shirakawa-go, just around 5 minutes walk from the hotel the the Meitetsu bus centre for the tour pick up point. Will choose this hotel again next time coming to Nagoya.

This hotel is super convenient, located right across the street from JR Station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and you can even choose your own pillow. There's a Bic Camera, a drug store, and tons of restaurants all around. You can grab breakfast at the Yoshinoya right next door. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful, and they offer luggage storage.

Good location just opposite the Nagoya station which makes travelling around easy and convenient but the room is very small. Overall clean and generally ok.
