The twin room was really spacious, breakfast didn't have a lot of variety but all sufficient. We found a plaster in one of their gowns, showed it to the staff and got no response at all.

Staff were nice plus free japanese breakfast but the location is kinda not near the station if you have too many luggage. FREE SHUTTLE TO NAGOYA STATION IS GREAT BONUS
