Great service and hospitality, breakfast served was good as well

- Close distance to train station - Staff is really helpful despite Trip.com forward the incorrect reservation details. (I booked a connecting room with 4 single beds based on the listing but Trip.com does not spell out the 4 single beds portion to the hotel.) So the hotel only provide each room with 1 double bed instead of 2 single bed. Hope Trip.com will rectify this issue one and for all in their system. Traveller better keep all the emails and receipt to prove their order.

SUPER HOTEL always gives people such stable accommodation quality! The room is not too small for an urban area, and there is a big table which is very nice! The environment is simple and clean with everything you need. The feeling of being served at the drink bar in the evening is also a small bonus. The point is that SUPER HOTEL’s breakfast is as simple and delicious as ever! Simply delicious! While eating breakfast, I watched the good weather outside the window and the Shinkansen passing by. What a wonderful journey!

I think it was very good considering the accommodation fee and facilities comprehensively. The breakfast was satisfactory for a business hotel, and it was very nice to have drinks as a lounge from afternoon to night. Alcohol is also available from evening to night, so I think it's pretty good for those who have time. It's fun to have many pillows that you can choose from other than the standard pillows. I asked for a cheap room entrustment type, so it's not a problem at all, If I had to say it, the space between the bed and the aisle was narrow, so when I put clothes on the hanger, it bothered me a little when moving.

The customer service of the employees was outstanding. Amenity is substantial, too, and pillow is available, too. There is a Yamazaki daily store on the first floor, a welcome drink, and a free alcohol service at night. Morning was also delicious.
