The rooftop bath is very nice, considering the fact that it is quite hard to enjoy one in urban areas.

The room is quite tiny but has everything you need (A bit struggle with opening my 28" luggage tho even I stayed alone). 5 mins walk to Mirai tower.

Location a little bit off the bustling sakae area, have to walk like 10-15min to reach dondondonki, room is comfy, with good lighting, there’s a few laundry machine to use, public bath is ok I felt the water is not hot enough otherwise is well equipped.

Close to the Sakae business district. Just across the street from Hisaya-odori Station. The surrounding area is a business district. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the mall. Oasis 21 Nagoya is a ten-minute walk away.

The hotel's location, hot springs, and surroundings are all quite good. However, when I was leaving, I discovered what the duvet inside the cover looked like. It brought to mind the saying, ' outwardly splendid but inwardly decaying,' and I was truly a bit disappointed.

Location, good, 7-11, Familymart, Lawson just nearby, 1-5mins walk only. Restaurants nearby, easy to get supper at late night. Carparks nearby, easy for parking. Smart TV in the room, Youtube, Netflix, Disney+ available Hotel's breakfast buffet and public Spa were nice too.

Nice room and Onsen I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park. - Room is quite spacious and comfy. - Bathroom is small. - A space for little closet is good. - Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging. Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.

Great location, but the room was a bit small.

I had to choose this hotel near Nagoya Station during the F1 season because there were no other options, but it turned out to be surprisingly convenient and comfortable: a 1500 yen taxi ride to Nagoya Station; a 7-Eleven right downstairs; Patagonia just across the main road; a 6-minute walk to Nagoya Tower & Hisaya Odori Park; 8 minutes to Kato Coffee; and 15 minutes to Montbell/Mitsukoshi Department Store/LACHIC. The room was tiny with no closet, making it difficult to store luggage, but all other facilities were fine. The public bath on the 14th floor and the breakfast on the 2nd floor were delicious, especially the udon noodles, hitsumabushi (three ways to eat eel), red bean toast, and siumai.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. No complaints.

The location is excellent, right outside Exit 4 of Hisaya-odori Station. The room is a typical Japanese layout, very small, but has everything you need and is super clean. There's a public bath on the top floor which is great for unwinding. It's very convenient for shopping, visiting Nagoya TV Tower, and buying Harbs cakes. Breakfast is decent, and you can even have unagi don. If you book this hotel for both the beginning and end of your trip, they offer free luggage storage, which is a really nice touch.

Nice hotel, room is clean and relatively big compared with other Japanese hotels, there is a bath on the top floor of the hotel with indoor and outdoor pools. Location is excellent, one block away from the nearest metro station.

Not bad.. I think it’s breakfast time possibly a bit longer for the customers
