Regarding your comment about the air conditioner, we believe you were referring to the switching between heating and cooling. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this transitional period between spring and summer. The heating and cooling are centrally controlled, but if it gets too hot on a day when it's in heating mode, turning it off once should alleviate the heat somewhat. It is currently in cooling mode, so please use it as is. Regarding drinking water, the water in the bathroom sink is actually tap water from Nagoya City and is safe to drink. In Japan, it is common for high-end city hotels to provide bottled mineral water, but in business hotels, it is usually necessary to purchase water from a vending machine or convenience store. We would greatly appreciate your understanding on this point. Also, regarding sanitary packs, we provide sanitary boxes instead of sanitary packs, so please understand.
