The hall in the 0 floor chancery we had a conference there and got a very lovely service by the staff member. In front means lobby has a great staff like payal and anchal. Hotel has a really very nice view with all the amenities placed everywhere.

The rooms are hygienic and clean. The hotel has great location near the airport.the checking done by kunal was hassle free. The housekeeping staff from 4th floor was helpful and friendly in nature.he give nice service.the towel art he made so nice . The dinner buffet have lots of varieties to have it. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Location - great just opposite International Airport Reception - Average , no one offered well come drink which kept just near reception than I myself took the drink Room n Bathroom - Good , Clean n Spacious Food - Need to improve Service - Poor

We had an amazing stay with pride hotel nagpur. Anchal has given us a room with a good view. My kid enjoyed alot here as it's a kids friendly hotel. They have a very cooperative staff like Payal and anjali. Great assistance by the team. Lovely hospitality.

I will sure give 5 star rating to this hotel . We came from italy. We just live the india . The hotel was clean . Indian brkfadt was so delicious i just lived it . I met with sudehsna such a good lady she is. She makes me green tea . I just like her . All the housekeeping team is superb

The vallet person mr mushtaq khan is one of the generous person I have ever met anywhere. He is so good in nature and helping every guest in the hotel as his personal guest. Rest all is outstanding. Bell boy mr Sanjay is also assitatable and kind.

Hotel staff are good nature , food was delicious, room was clean and good. Hotel environment was good. Mushtaq khan and kailash bell boy is very kind. Ambience of hotel is lovely. Huge lobby great staff and amazing hospitality. By all the staff.
