Great location for those without a car. The facilities are a bit old, and the decor feels like it's from a decade ago. The mattress is too soft. The elevator is fast, and the front desk service was excellent, with staff speaking very good English.

On my 2 weeks trip this was my best hotel.Super friendly staff who speaks perfect English.Rooms cozy and quiet.Just 1 minute away from monorail.There is a nice park next to it if you need a relaxing time. Main bus station just 1 stop away so easy to go everywhere in Okinawa.4 stops away from naha airport.The best was the breakfast buffet with lots of Japanese and western dishes.Did my laundry there.They have 3 laundry machines and 3 dryer machines.Dryer machines take a long time to do but worked well.Possibilty to rent bicycle and car.I hardly give 10/10 but this one was really the best.

We found good review so since it is just a late overnight and the price is good so we booked it. 4-5 monorail stations away from airport. We paid 280yen per pax for ticket. The hotel is just next to monorail. There is lift service so no problem taking big luggage. There is a family mart so we it is so convenient and we took a quick light dinner, many varieties from noodles, sushi, rice and they can helped you to heat it up. So we dont need to go out at 9++ to look for food. Service I select 4 because we checked in after 9pm and literally no chance use much their services but check in is Fast, there are all basic amenities needed like we on the same floor to retrieve water and ice dispenser. So useful for us. Lift speed is fast to reach. Overall is good just that the room we selected is slight smaller but it is in city area so this is good for us. We booked for the cheapest and it is a queen size bed. There provided night pyjamas for us. Can fit in 2 huge luggage bags. We will come back for sure or any Mercure hotels. Opposite hotel there is a park, looks really serene but we no time to explore.
