It’s a little bit small and tidy

The place is excellent. The room is clean and quiet.

The hotel's location is good, not far from the prefectural monorail station and Kokusai-dori shopping street. However, it's more like a daily rental apartment than a hotel. The foreign guy at the front desk was very rude and yelled at me when I checked in. The washing machine was also very dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. When I entered the room, there were hats and potato chips left by the previous guest. I should never have such an experience if I spend more than 10,000 yen per night. I will not come here again.

I booked this hotel because it was close to Kokusai Street. It is certainly close, but it is in a residential area, so the roads near the hotel were dark and narrow. If you are coming by foot, it will take about 15 minutes because you have to go up a hill from Kencho-mae Station. It is easy to get lost even by car. I think that this is unavoidable due to the climate of Okinawa, but the moment I entered the room, it smelled moldy, and the washing machine had not been cleaned and was full of garbage. It was a shame because I wanted to use the washing machine, but I guess it can't be helped for the price near Kokusai Street. However, if you are just going to do sightseeing for a day and just sleep in the hotel, it is sufficient.

It's really important to read reviews before booking a room. I booked without even reading the reviews. Although the price was cheaper, it really wasn't worth it. I actually checked the reviews after checking in, but it was too late. I immediately tried to cancel through TripAdvisor, but of course, they refused. There was a very unpleasant smell as soon as I walked past the counter on the first floor. The smell was indescribable as soon as I opened the door to the room. The floor felt sticky, and the smell of the quilt was unacceptable. Are there any new hotels in operation? Mr. Jincheng has so many branches, how could this hotel have allowed the reviews of travelers to deteriorate so much? This was my first time staying at Mr. Jincheng, and it will also be my last time. I wouldn't choose this hotel no matter how much cheaper it was.

It's in a very small space. It feels like a room for one person. I couldn't hear any noise from the next room.

初めて使いました。 思ったより入り組んだ場所なのでチェックインは夜じゃない方がいいと思います。 それ以外に関しては価格相当なので 洗濯機があり、シャワー湯量もバッチリ 騒音もないので快適ですね！

部屋にバスマットを用意して頂ければ嬉しいです。 今後は部屋に出来たっらと思います。コンビニも近くにあるのは本当に便利だった。1泊お世話になりました。
