Sound proof could be improved. Can hear other guest talking voice outside the corridor. It would be better to provide a recycle bag for guest to bring the room slipper to the room instead of holding them with hand.

The hotel’s ground floor feels like an art gallery — modern, minimalist, and thoughtfully designed. The concierge, café, and laundry area are all located on the second floor, where you’ll also find a display space showcasing artwork and merchandise by local artists, adding a charming creative touch. Our room was clean and cozy, though slightly compact. We had to rearrange some furniture to open our luggage comfortably. The balcony was a highlight, offering a refreshing sea view and enhancing the overall relaxing, breezy atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of options, and the quality was satisfying. While the immediate surroundings are relatively quiet, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, AEON mart, and the popular Kokusai Dori Street, making it a good base for exploring the area.

This is my second time to stay here. Self-Checkin, Clean Room, Wonderful view .. Very nice staying.. The location is not in the main tourist spot so it's peaceful and not noisy.

This is an artistic hotel. The visual impact upon arriving at the second floor from the parking lot is quite striking. The rooms are industrial in style and lack bottled water. There were only two people at the front desk. The lighting in the room was very dim. Breakfast was decent. Since it's close to the pier, it gets noisy from 9 AM with boat horns, and there's a slight smell of gasoline. Other than being near the pier, the location isn't particularly special, but it's fine if you have a car. Overall, I'd give it an 8/10, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it.

The room was great, clean and tidy. Downstairs, there's a self-service laundry machine, a dryer, and a water dispenser with an ice maker. They provide large pitchers and cups for water. Breakfast was very rich and delicious, and we had a sea-view room.

The hotel environment is fantastic. As soon as you open the window, you're greeted with a beautiful ocean view, blue skies, and white clouds. The room amenities are excellent; even the toilet and shower rooms have ducted air conditioning. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options and is definitely worth choosing.
