We had a lovely stay at hotel Sansui. The staff are very friendly and the rooftop bar was great. The room itself was okay, we only missed having towels. The view and interior of the room were beautiful! We would recommend staying here. Also, the hotel provides airport pick up. No reservations have to be made. You can find their instructions and timetable on their website.

It’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.

I only stayed for one night before I left Okinawa. The hotel is close to the airport with free shuttle bus. The hotel seems to be a bit new so relatively clean overall. The check-in & check-out are self serviced.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's very close to the airport and right by the sea, next to Naminoue Shrine. There are free shuttle buses to both the airport and the city center, which is super convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend!

Good point: 1) Excellent facilities: have jacuzzi, swimming pool, hot spring and bath place 2) Free shuttle bus offered with clear schedule 3) Have lot of restaurants, convenience stores and tourist place nearby 4) Easy to call taxi/ uber 5) Breakfast is highly recommended, great variety of drinks ( the tea choices are amazing )and delicious food 6) Free daily item to offered Bad point: 1) The room is too small, barely fit in 2 suitcases 2) Hygiene can be better , have dust everywhere 3) Air con is dripping to the bed, fridge is noisy 4) Corridor is too windy 5) Near Red light street, if you are family with children might be not a good choice
