The hotel is not far from Asahibashi Station, just a 5-minute walk. And it takes about 15 minutes to travel to the airport. The rooms are wide, making you feel not cramped. The only advantage is that it is near Kokusai Street and you can walk to Kokusai Street in 10 minutes.

First of all, it is close to Yui Rail Asahibashi and also close to Kokusai Street.
There are many restaurants nearby, and Naminoue Shrine is within walking distance, and Sky Rent-A-Car is visible one block away from the back entrance of the hotel.
I can't say much about the front desk services as I only used them for check-in and check-out, but the room was clean and beautiful.
The only things that bothered me were that the ice machine was only on the first ba*****t floor, the windows couldn't be opened more than a few centimeters, and the air conditioner was a little weak.
I was thinking of using the spa on the morning of my last day, but unfortunately it was only open in the evening.

The room was nice and clean, but they didn't provide paper towels and daily necessities after cleaning the next day. The spa downstairs costs 1200 but it's still worth going. A bath can relieve the fatigue of traveling.
